These Terms and Conditions apply to customers who are purchasing our services.
By assessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by Terms and Provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Any participation in these services will constitute acceptance of this greement. If you don’t agree to the above, please do not use these services. This site and its components are offered for information only. This site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness availability of any information transmitted and shall not responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
The company reserves the right to change this conditions from time to time.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard or BACS transactions on ProForma basis. Items will only be ordered, fabricated or shipped ones funds have been cleared. In some circumstances we can arrange customers to pay us via invoice of 30 days and this can be done if you entered in contract with us to provide you with our services (for example: carpet cleaning). Payments can be processed via phone where you can be asked to provide card details to pay for the services or via invoice or proforma, or paying on the spot (for example: Man and Van) or paying by transferring to our bank account or sending you a payment link which ever is applicable. We will never ask you to give us your card details via email or unsolicited ways. Payments are made in GBP only and where applicable can be accepted in Euros or US dollars if such services originates in Europe or United States Of America.
Refunds and Returns
In the event of any products or services is faulty or the products doesn’t work due to customer Not at Fault, we will do our utmost to correct any errors. If we fail to correct any errors of our fault, – we will issue full or partial refund depending on any circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any collateral damage caused by you for misuse of any products or services provided by the company.
Cancellation Policy
Key Cutting:
Keys that we offer are 90% high security keys that 70% of those are done in the factory. Please bare in mind that if the key is fabricated at the factory it cannot be cancelled or if it can, no refund will be issued, this is because that we have to pay factory to produce them. Refunds can be issued if the keys are done faulty.
Man and Van:
Man and Van is very popular on demand service and refund in case of cancellation can be issued if the company is at the fault or at very exceptional circumstances (for example: service no longer needed do to emergency medical reasons) If you paid in advance and cancel after 24 hours before we arrive at you property, – no refund will be issued.
If you paid in advance and cancel within 48 hours, then you will be given full or partial refund, provided that we did not incurred extra charges such as reserved parking space or reserved extra man labour. If you like to change date or a time of your service, then please give us a shout.
Cleaning:
If you no longer need our cleaning services, you can cancel them any time, but in regards of refunds, – there is something you need to know. If you are PAY AS You Go customer, you no need to pay for any cleaning service in advance provided that this won’t violate our terms and conditions. If you are Contractual customer, then cancellation or termination outside of contractual agreement will stipulate terms and conditions listed in the contract. Things can change and we do understand that, you might change the date or time for your service and is absolutely free of charge.
Delivery Policy
Ones the products are ready and payment has been made, we will post your items as soon as we can. In most cases this might take up to two weeks and we cannot guarantee any sooner. This is the responsibility of a customer to provide us with correct delivery address as we cannot be held responsible if items that we send to you won’t reach you at all. We send items via Royal Mail or currier.
